Shipping

We currently ship to all Canadian and U.S. destinations (excluding Hawaii). U.S. orders will be shipped if paid by confirmed PayPal only. All orders are shipped using Fedex or Canada Post, depending on both the type of items ordered and the customer’s shipping address.

Please note: We are a proud distributor for Benchmade Knives. Kindly understand that our sales area for Benchmade is Canada only. International orders for Benchmade products will not be fulfilled.

FREE SHIPPING is included for all orders over $99.00 before applicable taxes (Canada & U.S.).

Canada: $7.99 flat rate expedited shipping fee applies to all orders less than $99.00 before applicable taxes.

United States: $14.99 flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders less than $99.00 before applicable taxes.

Shipping Times:

All shipping times are approximated. Once you’ve completed your order, it will be processed and sent within 1-2 business days. Remote areas may take longer than approximations. We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for orders that become delayed by the shipping company.

British Columbia: 2-3 business days

Alberta: 1-2 business days

Saskatchewan: 1-2 business days

Manitoba: 1-2 business days

Ontario: 3-4 business days

Quebec: 3-5 business days

Maritimes: 4-6 business days

Yukon/Territories: 6-10 business days

RETURNS

Items purchased online can be returned for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the shipment is received. Shipping costs are not refunded for any purchase.

Please send an email to websales@cuttingedgecutleryco.com with any comments or concerns before returning your items. Cutting Edge Cutlery Co. will not accept any returns without Return Authorization acknowledgement.

Warranty

All warranty related issues are dealt with directly through the applicable manufacturer. If you should have any questions or concerns in regard to a warranty related issue for products that are purchased online, please contact us to receive instructions for manufacturer warranty procedures.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned: Wearable Products (Helmets, Gloves, etc…), Personal Grooming Products (Straight Razors, Nail Clippers, etc…), Consumable Products (Compounds, Oils, Batteries, etc…), Sharpening Tools (Stones, Rods, etc…) that are used and/or have been removed from the original packaging, Physically Damaged Items.
